As part of our commitment to empowering women, we established the UPL Women’s Network as a platform to attract and develop female talent, enabling them to uplift their personal and professional lives with success, joy and pride. The Network provides a unique platform for gender and equality to be discussed, advanced, and understood better – and involves a number of activities led at global and regional levels. Through this initiative, we are driving inclusiveness and raising awareness around gender diversity across the company and the wider sector.
