Raj Arora serves as the Global Head of Supply Chain and Manufacturing for UPL Corp, bringing over two decades of experience in UPL. Throughout his Journey at UPL, Raj has held numerous positions within the supply chain and manufacturing functions.

In his current capacity, Raj oversees global supply chain management, international manufacturing sites and tolling operations . Additionally, he handles procurement for formulation plants and demand planning activities across UPL Corp.

A key focus for Raj is leading UPL's transition towards a digital supply chain ecosystem. By integrating advanced planning tools like AI and machine learning for forecasting, he is driving innovation and efficiency. Raj is also responsible for optimizing inventory management across the business value chain, implementing systems and processes that reduce working capital.

With a wealth of experience across various roles, Raj has sharpened his expertise in technology transfer, operational excellence, total quality management (TQM), managing greenfield and brownfield projects, and change management. His leadership on the steering committee has been key in transforming the company's safety culture.

Previously, Raj was the Head of Supply Chain and Manufacturing for UPL's India Business, where he managed several India based formulation plants and supported the region in achieving its business objectives. He also established external manufacturing ecosystem for UPL and played a crucial role in UPL-Arysta integration.

Raj holds a Postgraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surat, one of India's premier engineering institutions.
