Cut open the 204gm foil and use all 6 X 34gm pouches immediately in air tight enclosure. Only after ensuring and preparing for no leakages from fumigation enclosure, this should be used. Safety Comes first!
Each 204gm foil can fumigate upto 22MT of grains except for paddy rice with husk. In case of paddy rice with husk 17MT can be fumigated.
Each 204gm foil will release 68gms of Phosphine gas.
204gm foil price is slightly higher than the 3gm tablets. 3gm tablet to be used only by licensed operators with proper safety PPEs and not for retail sales. 204gm is for open sale to farmers which is safer than the 3gm tablets. 3gm tablet is not available for farmers/warehouse owners/seed processors through legal invoicing process, whereas 204gm foil can be sold through legal invoicing process to all end users.
Yes. It can be used in Seed Storage. AlP doesn’t have any impact on seed germination. The dosages shall not exceed above 10gms of Phosphine / cu.m.
UPLs Good manufacturing practice with Leak proof packing in moisture free environment makes it safe to use. The formulation doesn’t come in contact with the person who handles the product.
Proper PPEs to be used while handling QuickPhos with right dosage. The pouches or tablets wrapped in cotton cloth to be placed evenly throughout the stack for uniform distribution of gas inside the enclosure. We shall not compromise on sealing and airtightness of fumigation enclosure.
